History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Percival was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a Bather, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
