History: He was born in a small island village. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
