History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Bookbinder soon after.
