History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he desires power and/or immortality

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Mason. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
