Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west.
