Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: 5'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Sculptor soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He carries with him a set of swords on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He has silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Wymar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
