Personality: Raymond is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Adventurer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and many illithids want him driven away

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and expand his business

He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
