History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Patrick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
