Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Cory's homeland. Cory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Spy father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father
