History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adam embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Adam was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many orcs want him driven away
