Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and money/treasure

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Godfrey grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Frederick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
