Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Don abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. His red hair is still thick. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
