Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His head has been shaved. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Fletcher soon after.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair is still thick. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dilettante. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He wears a white shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and he perpetually has his longbow ready. His black hair is lengthy. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Lance was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is wearing a tight blue one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
