Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
