Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
