Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His red hair is cut short. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears his red hair up. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This exceptionally lanky man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Norman liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to prove his worth to the world
