History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Farmer mother left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed violet hat.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Hugh was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Anselm was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
