Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
