Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is chestnut and curly. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cook who has hired him part-time. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: Hugh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
