History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Description: This late middle aged man wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe and is in decent physical shape. His head has been shaved. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is a Server first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Server work with an outfit from a few towns over. Server work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Server job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hubert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
