Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears long strands of topaz and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.
