Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with his god.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Conrad hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his religion dominates his actions
