His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Gerald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
