Conrad Adley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This southern man prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. He is baby faced.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Ideals: Gifted. Flaws: Insane. Bonds: Poor, Immigrant, Religious, Adventurer. Occupation: Barkeep

Voice: Posh accent

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Gilbert Colton, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He tends to wear a large black jacket. His red hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mercenary profession.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Flaws: Ugly, Shy. Bonds: Immigrant, Job, Nature, Adventurer. Occupation: Barkeep

Gerard Budd, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with brown slacks. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
