Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Thomas took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and expand his business

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: 6'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is cut close to his head. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a dagger on his belt, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is long and white with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Barber. He became a Barber soon after.

Motivation: To be a Navigator again; and wishes to resurrect an old love
