Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'1". He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. His hair is short and auburn. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Anselm was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Simon will drive conversation. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Robert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Robert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he has money and likes to spend it

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to get laid

Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
