History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thomas was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
