History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Peter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name.
