Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
