Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He worked as a nervous Healer and found it very stressful. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Soapmaker. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.
