Description: This man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
