History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
