History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Balimaar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
