History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Jocelyn was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carter. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
