History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Ralf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ralf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.
