Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'2". He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hand crossbow. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Gerald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. His ears are large.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Miles took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats
