Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He carries a battered bow and tarnished hand crossbow as well. His black hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He takes great joy in being the best Laborer in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Conrad was born the youngest of three triplets. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man is very fat, and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He has moderate length white hair. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has worked as a Sailor like his mother before him.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality
