History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Kody and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kody discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kody fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Frederick was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Body Guard responsibilities is difficult.

Description: An older man who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his black hair down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 58. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Gomory was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barkeep and was forced into it by his family; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Norman took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
