Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. A true patriot, Hubert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
