A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the west. John was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
