Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is an amazing painter.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He became a Detective soon after.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Description: He is in excellent shape and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tim embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Tim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a black vest and prefers grey and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down and is in decent physical shape. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Guy's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Guy was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Guy took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
