History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Anselm's homeland. Anselm decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. After coming to the age of reason, Roland took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Roland was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for him, and Geoffrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
