History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He's in love; and he is content

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Healer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
