Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Bernard has worked very hard to control his curse. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Alex was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Slave Trader responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
