Description: He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He carries a battered longbow and tarnished kukri as well. He wears his silver hair down. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He dresses like a well dressed Scribe does. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Ruler again.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed dagger, just in case. He has a hunchback. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He has achieved small success as a Banker.
Motivation: To be a Healer again; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His golden hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Thomas was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Thomas took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
