History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Richard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and wishes to resurrect an old love
