History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Odo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Scribe and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Hunter was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born in a small desert village. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has achieved small success as a Miner.
