Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Manfred was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
