Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull black iron scale mail. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. He wears his white hair down. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Balimaar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. John took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to protect his home
