Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arnold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Arnold has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mercenary for the past few years.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Slave Trader, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to be a slave trader again

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is content
